She’s the Co-CEO of Volition Enterprises, Inc. and Sister Diamonds, LLC, where she empowers individuals to lead with purpose, integrity, and boldness in their careers and relationships. With over 30 years in corporate leadership—including becoming the first African-American executive leader with Porsche—Crystal’s expertise spans transformational coaching, strategic leadership, and high-impact networking. Crystal also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an international non-profit focused on poverty eradication.
